EV programs demand precision and material diversity that older stamping supply chains weren't built for. We're already set up for it.
Lightweight alloys, tight dimensional control, and complex geometries are increasingly the standard. We supply battery enclosure components, structural brackets, mounting hardware, motor housings, and assembly components, working in aluminum, high-strength steel, and specialty alloys suited to EV applications.

Program Support
Prototype through
production
We support programs from prototype through production. First articles are fully inspected and documented, PPAP is standard, and control plans, FAI reports, and dimensional data are part of every program package. Quality inspection runs on our own CMM equipment before parts leave the building.
