What we make
and how we make it
Stamping is the core of what we do, but the work rarely stops at the press. We design and build tooling in-house, run laser cutting and CNC machining alongside the forming, weld and assemble finished components, and verify every program on our own CMM equipment before parts leave the building.
Metal Stamping & Forming
15 presses from 40 to 600 tonnes. Complex geometry, in-house tooling, consistent quality run after run.
Laser Cutting
2D fibre and 3D five-axis cutting on the Mitsubishi VZ and VZ10. Flat sheet to complex formed surfaces.
CNC Machining
Precision machining alongside our forming. Bores, threads, close-tolerance features, in-house toolroom.
Welding & Assembly
MIG, TIG, and projection welding. Fixtured for repeatability. Finished assemblies, not just parts.
Quality & Inspection
LK Altera and G-90C CMM. HandySCAN 700. PPAP levels 1 to 3. ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Production Services
Low-to-mid volume production, JIT and Kanban delivery, reverse engineering. Programs that grow with you.
