    we manufacture sheet metal prototypes

    The bulk of prototypes, which Prototier-1 Inc. fabricates, are sheet metal prototypes. We stock a wide range sheet metal grades and thicknesses, which allows us to maintain very tight delivery schedules. To date we have not declined to fabricate sheet-metal prototypes for any of our customers because of physical limitations. Prototier-1 Inc. is using FEA based flat blank development software FASTBLANK®. This Blank Prediction Aplication is the Most Accurate and Most Recognized Real-Time Material Cost Reduction Tool for Estimators and Tool Engineers.
