    Prototier-1 Inc. is a ISO-9001 registered facility. In accordance with our procedures, parts/assemblies prior to being shipped are carefully inspected on the premises, and checked back to original design specifications by a certified Quality Engineer. We have two CNC Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM's) outfitted with state of the art software, with a maximum working envelope of 1,880mm x 1,170mm x 1,016mm.

    At Prototier-1 Inc. we employ statistical techniques to prepare PPAP submissions, perform capability studies and generate dimensional inspection reports to ensure that customer specification requirements are met at all times.
