Since 1996, Prototier-1 Inc. has provided rapid precision laser cutting of metal stampings and machine components from prototype through production. We have a fully equipped and certified quality control department to ensure every component is within exact specifications. 5-axis laser, our highly skilled and dedicated staff will assist you from concept through completion. Our capabilities include the ability to generate tool path from customer supplied CAD data or digitizing. In house CNC cut holding fixtures are one of many measures taken to achieve precise repeatability and on time delivery.

Prototier-1 Inc. has two Mitsubishi laser cutting systems in-house ideally suited for cutting both flat sheet stock as well as fixture components.

We also have a new 5 axis Mitsubishi VZ1 laser .
